Down payment assistance (DPA) is a tool that can make the difference in determining whether a buyer can realize their dream of homeownership.

In MHP's work across the state, we have observed a growing local interest in supporting homebuyers and identified a need for more homeownership resources. Our new DPA guide and checklist are intended to support communities as they embark on a journey to bolster their homeownership toolkit.
