2026 Housing Institute

The 2026 Housing Institute will be in-person on Thursday, June 25 and Friday, June 26 at the DCU Convention Center, 50 Foster Street, Worcester, MA 01608.

Designed for municipal staff, officials, housing advocates, planners and practitioners in the housing ecosystem, MHP’s intensive, two-day training and conference engages participants in discussion and problem solving activities related to the development of affordable homes across Massachusetts in three topic areas:

  • Policy & Planning
  • Affordable Housing Development
  • Outreach & Advocacy

AICP Certification Maintenance

As in years past, we anticipate offering CM credits for AICP members. CM credits are approved for AICP members. More information on AICP's CM program can be found at www.planning.org/cm.
